The Field Services Commercial Coordinator supports field operations by managing commercial aspects, coordinating service delivery, and assisting in overall management responsibilities. This role involves ensuring seamless project execution, maintaining client satisfaction, and providing administrative and operational support to the Field Services Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Commercial Coordination
Prepare, review, and manage quotes, proposals, and invoices for field services projects.
Oversee procurement and logistics of materials and equipment for field operations.
Ensure compliance with client contracts, project budgets, and company policies.
Liaise with clients regarding pricing, payment terms, and contract clarifications.
Track and report financial performance of field service projects, including cost analysis and revenue forecasts
2. Field Service Coordination:
Schedule field service staff and ensure appropriate resources are allocated to each project.
Communicate project timelines, scope, and deliverables with internal teams and clients.
Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues with field staff and clients.
Ensure all field activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
3. Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
Assist the Field Services Manager in daily operations, including team management and strategic planning.
Provide leadership and mentorship to field service staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Step in for the Field Services Manager during periods of absence, handling decision-making and client relations.
Conduct team meetings to review performance, provide updates, and address challenges.
Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices
4. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all field service activities, contracts, and correspondence.
Prepare detailed reports on project performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Ensure proper documentation for compliance with industry and regulatory requirements
5. Client Relationship Management
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for expanding service offerings.
