4-5 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Reporting to Supervisor/Foreman/Quality Coordinator/Manager

Main Purpose: To coordinate all Quality inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensures FPI and MPI processes, procedural instructions, evaluation and evaluation are held to customer and code requirements of all evaluations performed.

Maintain company quality assurance standards. 

Provides Production with status reports for internal control on quality issues concerning FPI and MPI inspection programs and regulations. 

Determine root causes for quality issues related to FPI and MPI. 

Set up, conduct testing and calibrate equipment. 

Ability to document, produce and interpret basic NDT summary reports.

Assist quality inspector

Required Minimum Experience:

1 Year working experience.

LPI and MPI experience.

Recommended Skills and Qualities:

Communication skills.

Must have technical knowledge.

Working knowledge of manufacturing processes. 

Knowledge of NDT equipment

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Matric with maths and science.

NDT level 2 VT and UTT.

Language - English, Afrikaans and African language.
