We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Oracle Fusion Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales of Oracle Fusion applications and cloud services to enterprise customers. This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion products, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications, cloud services, and industry solutions.
  • Articulate the value proposition of Oracle Fusion products and services to prospects and customers.
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and capabilities of Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to tailor solutions and proposals that address their business challenges.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting.
  • Close sales opportunities and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales engineers, solution architects, and delivery teams, to develop comprehensive sales proposals and solutions.

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Certification or training in Oracle Fusion applications and cloud services is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on Oracle Fusion applications and cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals and objectives
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to changing market dynamics and customer needs.
