REPORTING TO THE COMMERCIAL MANAGER
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide an efficient administrative support service to the Technology Department.
JOB FUNCTION:
General Administration
Travel arrangements are made in line with Company’s travel policy and recons are completed in time
Stationery and promotional goods are ordered as per departmental procedure
Departmental standards are adhered to for manual and electronic filing
Office equipment is maintained according to required standards
Credit card recons are completed as per company policy
Minutes of meetings are captured using departmental template and distributed to all team members within agreed timeframe
Prepare management reports by due date
Marketing Packs prepared before customer visits Sales Support
General enquiries are handled to customer satisfaction
Team support with tenders, call reports, monthly reports and sourcing of statistics
General departmental support is provided at Manager’s request
Divisional telephone usage is monitored and reported on
Telephone calls are answered professionally and messages are passed on in time
Divisional time sheets are managed Orders
Supplier orders are handled by following the correct channels within the company
