Reporting to National Manager
1. Full management of all operations, sales and finances within the branch.
2. Management of Drivers and Floor Staff. Including leave and disciplinary management.
3. Liaising with Customers and Top Management regarding the performance of the branch.
4. Vehicle Management. Ensuring that all Company vehicles and trailers are in a good running order. Ensuring that all vehicles have sufficient staff.
5. Management and consistent planning and monitoring of vehicle routes and performance.
6. Full management of vehicle documentation including manifests and checklists. Driver PRDP and vehicle COF.
7. Full co-ordination of Collections and Deliveries. Ensuring the checking, offloading, sorting and assembling of collected goods in the warehouse is done according to the Company standards and procedures.
8. Management of Returns and Damaged stock as per procedure.
9. Stacking, marking and addressing of these goods according to the waybill information, if there isn’t a waybill make a waybill for the stock.
10. Completion of accurate service reports including the diesel consumption reports, failed delivery report, POD report and management reports. Completing daily debriefing.
11. Monitoring and adhering to all Health and Safety requirements of the site.
12. Full management of branch KPI’s.
