JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or N3 Certificate or equivalent Qualified: Fitter / Fitter & Turner / Millwright (Verified Section 13 / 26D qualification)
- Valid SA driver’s license- code 08
Minimum Experience:
- 5-10 years field services experience
- Must have solid experience in pump applications
- Safety training or awareness
- Maintenance planning and management in a production environment
Key Tasks:
- Liaise with Customers
- Ensure growth within the Field Services department
- Control projects and or trails from start to finish
- Propose trails to different clients
- Supervise the workforce ensuring that they are performing their tasks as required
- Be able to produce daily feedback reports on Field Services
- Control tooling and safety gear
- Ensure 100% safe compliance to company standards and procedures
- Control the consumables to prevent unnecessary wastage.
- Perform standby duties when required and be available as per requests
- Assist in resolving customer related problems
- Perform RCA’s on failed equipment
- Manage normal and overtime worked by Field Services
- Ensure that workers are complying with safe working procedures and assist with the upkeep of HSE regulations on site / permits and contractors’ packs
- Adhere to company HSE and disciplinary procedures at all times
- Stock management
