An exclusive furniture boutique located within the Northern suburbs of Johannesburg is seeking a well presented and customer-centric sales professional.
Duties:
- Managing walk-in sales and closing off pending deals on Back Office daily, ensuring all sales are finalised and paid.
- Taking walk-in payments via the Yoco payment system, as and when required.
- Managing Fresh Desk sales communications and queries daily relating to sales and follow ups.
- Take part in weekly sales meeting including minute taking and action points.
- Effectively send and receive purchase orders to manufacturers for fast moving stock and client orders on payment.
- B2B sales - dealing with Interior designers and other project based corporate sales
- Sneeze Screen custom orders
Customer Care:
- Manages refunds and returns by communicating with management via email on the same day that the query has been received.
- Managing Fresh Desk communications and queries daily relating to after sales queries and complaints
- Add returns and damages to the correct damages sheet for tracking
- After-sales follows ups and client reviews on the day after delivery
