Reporting to Financial Manager
Core activities of the job:
Compilation, monitoring and administration of WSP, ATR and EE reports and stats
Advise line management and employees on the BCEA, SDA and EEA
Chair EE and SD meetings
Participate in disciplinary and grievance hearings
Attending MEIBC proceedings
Liaising and attending meetings between management and shop stewards
Induction training
Maintain training records
Assist line management with training needs
Placement of candidates for training
Completing, updating and administration of casual contract labour
Application and administration of death, UIF, sick and disability benefits
Time and attendance
Handling and resolving queries
Writing confirmation and reference letters
