Job Description:

• We are looking for a Senior Field Support Technician within a Specialised Safety & Security Solutions Provider with unique access controlled based products aimed at various industries such a Government, Mining, Banking, Aviation.
• Full Training on all our products will be provided.

Duties:

• Installation of hardware.
• Installation of software.
• Provide training to customers on the product & software.
• Aftersales support on hardware & software.
• Telephonic, remote and on-site support.
• Management and coordination of Junior Technicians.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent Fault finding and problem solving ability.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• 5 Years’ IT experience.
• Networking experience.
• Experience on all Microsoft operating systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Helpdesk knowledge & experience dealing with customers and understanding how to deliver effective product support services.
