• Designing new systems and equipment that enhance and increase productivity
• Implementing equipment modifications that improve safety and reliability
• Installations, commissioning and testing of new machinery
• Supervising and directing all maintenance operations
• Supervising cotton processing production

Prepare Maintenance and Plant overview report, reporting to the Managing Director

• Operating cigarette-making machines, to be specific the Mark 9 Maker, Nano 8 Maker, GD-X2 Packer.
• Attending to all mechanical, electrical and electronics breakdowns on my machine.
• General maintenance and service of the machines, reporting directly to the Factory Manager.

• Attending to mechanical and electrical machine breakdowns
• Supervising maintenance team on breakdowns and machine service
• Preparing planned and preventative maintenance schedules
• Responsible for the Maintenance department Procurement system
• Preparing Production and Maintenance reports, reporting to the General manager
