• Job Duties:
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA and industry standards.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and operations to identify potential hazards and risks.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide safety training to employees on topics such as hazard recognition, emergency response, and PPE usage.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Maintain safety records and documentation, including incident reports, training records, and inspection findings.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and industry organizations to stay current on safety regulations and trends.
• Participate in emergency response drills and exercises to test and improve the effectiveness of safety procedures.
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in safety performance.
• Serve as a resource for employees and management on safety-related issues and concerns.
