Aerospace engineering and manufacturing :Quality Engineer From 2018-04 To Current
Duties
- Compilation of quality documentation in accordance with AS9100 ( Quality Approval plans, First article inspection reports, Advance quality instructions).
- Part of the engineering requirements unpacking during the industrialisation process.
- Part of the component manufacturing process to ensure quality conforms to the specifications of the OEM ext.
Research Engineer
April 2018 - April2020
- Part of the Research and Development department, focused on metallics.
- Successfully developed the design cycle for the manufacture of Aerospace components.
- Represented Aerosud at RAPDASA 2018 and 2019 where I published a Conference article on the work he completed.
- Part of the CPAM (Collaborative Program for Additive Manufacturing) where completed a co-funded project between the government and Aerosud.
Higher Education:Design Consultant and Research Assistant From 2017-01 To 2018-03
Duties
- Additive Manufacturing research in polymer additive material characterisation.
- Design and manufacture of multiple components using additive manufacturing.
- Community work by Setting up I2P labs for the less fortunate to teach them about engineering and 3D printing.
