Duties
- Prepare project schedule by studying contract deliverables, and factory and sub-contractors timelines for fabrication and supply of components.

Duties
- Responsible for the overall engineering input during the design and manufacturing of equipment including cost estimations for tenders and quotation and management of contracts awarded to the company
- Coordinate directly with the sales department to understand project requirements, verify design details and recommend modifications as needed according to company standards and best practices
- Raise purchase order requests for components orders and follow up on the deliveries of the components
- Produce project plans on MS project and participate in production planning to ensure that contracts are completed in time and within budget
- Responsible for overseeing the resolution of customer complaints to the satisfaction of the customer.

Duties

- Hydraulic and pneumatic system design (circuit, calculations, sizing, and selection of components) as per customer requirements and specifications.
- Cost estimations for hydraulic power packs and pneumatic panels projects.
- Managing projects from inception to handover, which includes preparing schematics (Hydraulic, Pneumatics, and Electrical), General arrangement drawings, quality control documents, draft project plan (MS Project), and safety file as per client Safety Health Environment and Quality requirements.

- Analyse specifications, sketches, engineering drawings, ideas, and related design data to determine critical factors affecting the design of components.
- Use CAD programs to combine schematics and design data into accurate 3D models of mixer components and assemblies
- Develop 2D drawings and Bill of Materials of design specifications for the mechanical equipment and components to assist in planning and production
- Generate PID and PFD drawings from hand sketches produced by the process engineers.
- Assist in executing projects for the supply of complete mixer/agitator assemblies.
